Common equipment of organic fertilizer production line
1. Crushing equipment
The new semi-wet material pulverizer - vertical pulverizer and
horizontal pulverizer, the internal structure has chain type and
hammer type. No screen, even if the material is pulled out of the
water and crushed, it will not be blocked.
2. Mixing equipment
Mixing mixers - including vertical mixers, horizontal mixers,
dual-shaft power mixers, drum mixers, etc. The internal stirring
structure is divided into stirring blade type, spiral type and so
on. Design a suitable stirring structure according to the
characteristics of the material. The discharge port is designed for
cylinder control and baffle control.
3. Conveying equipment
Belt conveyor - mobile belt conveyor, fixed belt conveyor, etc.
Belt conveyor is an indispensable economical logistics conveying
equipment to form a rhythmic assembly line. It has strong conveying
capacity, long conveying distance and simple structure. It is easy
to maintain, and can easily implement many features of programmed
control and automatic operation.
4. Granulation equipment
Special granulator for organic fertilizer - including disc
granulator, new wet granulator, rounder, drum granulator, coating
machine, etc. According to the characteristics of raw materials,
choose the appropriate granulator.
5. Drying and cooling equipment
Rotary dryer - also known as tumble dryer, biological organic
fertilizer dryer, because the temperature of organic fertilizer
drying cannot exceed 80 °, so our dryer adopts hot air drying mode.
Cooler--similar in appearance to the dryer, but different in
material and performance. The main machine of the dryer is made of
boiler steel, and the main machine of the cooler is made of carbon
steel plate.
6. Screening equipment
Screening machine - including drum type and vibrating type. The
screening machine is divided into three-stage screen, two-stage
screen and so on.
7. Coating equipment
Particle coating machine--The main body is similar in appearance to
the dryer and cooler, but the internal structure is very different.
The inside of the coating machine is made of stainless steel plate
or polypropylene lining. The whole machine includes the supporting
powder machine and oil pump.
8. Automatic packaging equipment
Automatic measuring and packaging machine--including screw type and
DC type, single head and double head, materials are stainless steel
and carbon steel, customized according to the actual needs of
customers.
