Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce

tons/year. It can granulate NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and
other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one
processing line. This equipment is specially used for manufacturing
compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such
as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological
fertilizers and magnetic fertilizers, etc. It is mainly used for
producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to
3mm.

Loader type feeder
Raw material ingredients: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium
chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium
phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and coarse whiting, ca), potassium
chloride, potassium sulfate and other raw materials are matched in
proportion (according to the market demand and the around soil of
test results).
Fertilizer mixer
The mixture of the ingredients should be mixed to improve the
uniform fertilizer efficiency of the granules.
Fertilizer granulator
The raw material after mixing equably will be sent to granulator
(Disc Granulator ,drum granulator, and extruding granulator both
can be used).
Fertilizer drying and cooling machine
Put the granulation into the dryer, and the moisture in the
granules will be dried, so that the granulation strength is
increased
and is easier to store. After drying, the granulation’s temperature
is too high and the granulation is easy to lump. While after
cooling, it is easy to
bagging to save and transport.
Screen machine particle classification
The cooling particles that have been cooled will be graded: the
unqualified particles will be crushed and regranulated, and the
qualified products will be sift out.
Packaging of finished product
The particles that have been wrapped the film are stored in the
ventilated place.
Packing & Delivery
1.Small machine and spare parts packed in wooden box. Also could
packing according to customers' requests.
2. Production line or large quantity packed 20ft container/ 40ft
container The normal package is wooden box. If export to european
countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too
tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
customers special request.
