Brief Introduction
Disc granulator (also known as the ball plate) adopts the whole
circular arc structure, and the granulating rate can reach more
than 93%. It has three discharging ports, which is convenient for
discontinuous production, greatly reducing the labor intensity and
improving the labor efficiency. The reducer and motor use flexible
belt drive to start smoothly, slow down the impact force and
improve the service life of the equipment. The plate bottom is
strengthened by a plurality of radiant steel plates, which is
durable and never deformed. It is an ideal equipment for organic
fertilizer and compound fertilizer, which is designed with thick,
heavy and strong base, so it has no fixed anchor bolts and smooth
operation.Solid base design, not need been fixed by anchor bolt,
smooth operation. Disc Pelletizer main gear use high-frequency
quenching, life increase to 1 time. Disc Granulator plate lined
with high-strength glass fiber, anti-corrosion and durable.

Working Principle
1.Disc Prewatering Pelletizer is before the raw material enters
into the disc pelletizer, add the amount of water (usually between
11-15% of the dry powder in the blender ) which join into the
blender by spray form , then stir and permeate sufficiently, make
the raw material particle is uniformly attached to the water, and
stick to each other into pellets nuclear as part of 1-2mm diameter.
The ball nuclear and wet raw material powder enter into the disc
pelletizer and scrolling,then can form a mass of ball. Due to the
ball wall and fine powder is moist, the mass ball and powder
material scrolling in the disc pelletizer is easy adhesion and then
the ball diameter fast growth. When the ball diameter grows to a
certain size is out of the area ino a ball,stay in the area with a
little scrolling then can be acquired.
2.The disc pelletizer is mainly include a disc body, cleaning
device, main bearing part, the main transmission drive, the angle
adjusting equipment, frame and other component parts.
Main Advantages
(1) The disk angle is designed with circular arc structure. Hence,
the granulation rate may reach 93% or above.
(2) The disk of our disc granulator is designed with three
discharging holes, which is convenient for intermittent production
work. This largely reduces labor intensity and increases working
efficiency.
(3) The reducer and motor of our disc granulator are both driven by
flexible belt, which ensures stable start, reduced impact force and
longer service life.
(4) Disc bottom is reinforced by multi-strip radiation steel
plates, so it is wear resistant, durable and will never deform.
(5) Thickened and strengthened granulator-base provides our disc
granulator with stable operation. Therefore, our disc granulator is
no need to be fixed by foundation bolts.
(6) The main gear is processed by high frequency quenching
technique. As a result, the lifetime of our disc granulator is
greatly prolonged.
(7) The granulator disk is lined with glass reinforced plastics,
which is anti-corrosive and durable.
