Equipped with a three-level HEPA filtration system and cyclone dust
removal device, the dust recovery rate is as high as 99.9%, and the
emission concentration is below 1mg/m ³, fully meeting the
environmental protection requirements of organic fertilizer
production.
Adopting a fully sealed pipeline design, it effectively blocks the
spread of odors and complies with ISO 14001 environmental
standards.
✅ 200kg/h high-capacity adaptation
By using twin-screw quantitative filling technology, the
measurement accuracy can reach ± 0.5%, and rapid packaging of
25-50kg large bags can be achieved.
The variable frequency speed regulation function can adapt to
organic fertilizers, humic acids, and other materials with
different humidity levels (≤ 15%) to prevent material blockage
during discharge.

The parts in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless
steel and lined with polyurethane, which can resist the corrosion
of organic fertilizers in acidic environments.
Key components such as screws and valves are coated with tungsten
carbide, which extends their service life by three times.
